As 2026 kicks off, many of us start thinking about fresh beginnings, new goals & new opportunities.
2025 was full of a lot of new experiences, new connections & new milestones I will cherish for years to come, so I look forward to all 2026 will bring!!
I've been planning a few goals for the new year and with the intention of not overwhelming myself with the task and give up before I begin, I decided to narrow them down to just 3.
Here are some of my personal & real estate goals for 2026:
Rebranding this newsletter to make the content & NJ news more engaging & fun. I'm thinking "The Gabagool: Your weekly sit-down on NJ news, market insights & fun facts.” Like gabagool at the table, it’s meant to be shared and passed to a neighbor or friend. - What do you think? I personally don't love gabagool (properly, capocollo, yes) as a food but I love it as an ode to New Jersey (Italian-American) culture, and clearly, the Sopranos has been on my mind a lot lately... (it's time for a re-watch)

Purchase another investment property by end of year.
